The terms
Plainly, before you ask
- Check-in / out
- From 16.00, until 10.00. Both flexible if the calendar allows.
- Deposit
- 30% confirms the dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation
- Full refund to 60 days out, 50% to 30 days. Inside 30 days the deposit is held.
- Security hold
- 2,000 EUR pre-authorised on arrival, released within five days of departure.
- Children
- Very welcome. The pool is unfenced, so under-fives need eyes on them.
- Events
- Small dinners yes, parties no. Ask — we have said yes to more than you would think.
Questions we actually get
Is the whole house ours?
Always. The estate is never split between parties, whatever the group size.
Why is booking direct cheaper?
The platforms take 15.5% of the total. Booking here removes it, and the saving goes to you rather than to us.
Can we arrive late?
Yes. Tomas waits up. Tell us the flight and someone will be at the gate.
Is the pool heated in winter?
Year-round, at 28°C. It is one of the few on this coast that is genuinely usable in February.
How steep is the walk to town?
Steep. Twenty minutes down, forty back, or four minutes in the car. Most people do the walk once.
Do you take single nights?
No. The minimum runs from three nights in winter to seven in peak season.
